What is Online Marketing?
Google AdWordsand Facebook are examples of Online Marketing Services that let users create and manage online advertising campaigns. Adverts are then shown either alongside ‘Search’ results, to the right of Facebook pages, or on one of the extensive network of ‘Display’ sites that host paid adverts. Once a customer clicks on an ad they are redirected to a relevant page on the advertiser’s website.

'CPC' Advertising
Online Cost-Per-Click (CPC) or Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Marketing is the most widely used form of online marketing. It costs nothing for a CPC ad to just appear in the 'Sponsored' search results, costs are only incurred once someone actually clicks on an ad.
