Now you can use Klixo Manager to manage you mailing lists, adding multiple recipients at once or removing all of your "bouncers" in one swoop, and here is how to it:

Create a text file (notepad) and copy the email addresses for each recipient into it, one on each line.

Then log into the Klixo Website Manager (IE on PC or Firefox on Mac required): http://klixo.net.nz/klixo/

1. Click on "Email Lists" on the toolbar
2. Click on the "Subscriptions" link for your mailing list and the "Email List - Subscription Manager" will load.
   This page allows you to bulk subscribe or un-subscribe email addresses from your mailing list.
3. Copy the Email addresses into the "Recipients" box
4. Choose either the "Subscribe" or "Un-Subscribe" action
5. Click Save

Klixo will report any invalid email addresses that it could not subscribe. You may click the "Back" button on your browser to fix the errors in these addresses. Klixo will un/subscribe all valid email addresses even if some are not valid.

All of the email addresses are subscribed or unsubscribed at once - this may take a few moments. Done!
