Questions for Common PD Problems
- Which browser are you using? (IE, Netscape, Firefox, etc)
- Which version is your brower (4, 5, 6)
- Which operating system do you use? (Windows, Mac)
- Which screen resolution are you using? (640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, etc)
- What sort of PC do you have (Pentium III, Pentium 4, Celeron, AMD, Mac, etc)
- How much RAM do you have?
- What sort of connection to the internet do you have (dialup, jetstream)
- Do you have a firewall installed? If so, which brand/version?
- If you use a Windows OS, do you have auto-update enabled and are your updates up to date?
- Do you have any toolbars installed such as Yahoo or Google toolbar?
- Do you have a Popup Blocker installed and operating?
- Do you use Antivirus software and is it up to date? If so, which brand/version?
- Do you use Anti-spyware software and is it up to date? If so, which brand/version?
- Does your browser have Images turned on?
- Does your browser have Javascript turned on?
- Have you had trouble with any other websites? If so, which ones?
- Has your PC been running unusually slow or showing lots of errors lately?
