Images are important in making your website attractive and illustrating the points you are getting across.  

There are many services out there and most require you pay for images.  You will find that the paid-for services have a greater range of photos, but with a bit of effort you can often find what you are looking for in the free services.

Always take notice of the licence that the provider applies to the images.  Often Creative Commons is used, but some allow you unfettered use of the images.
